1 white truffle sauce 90 g
1 porcini and white truffle cream 90 g

How to use:
The white truffle sauce and the porcini and white truffle cream are excellent for preparing truffle crostini. The buttery with white truffle goes perfectly with tagliatelle with white truffle, perfect for a first course based on truffles; the addition of fresh sliced bianchetto truffle is sublime.
The white sauce and porcini cream are excellent for seasoning meat and fish main courses, such as cutlets, fillets of meat or roast beef.
Porcini cream is also excellent as a sauce to prepare savory pies with mushrooms, courgettes and stringy cheese.
The fresh bianchetto truffle is perfect on any dish, it can be sliced on top of the finished dish or heated to enhance its aromas and flavors.
