How to use: the black truffle sauce is a must have in the kitchen of truffle lovers. It is excellent for dressing noodles, ravioli, gnocchi or simply spaghetti or penne. Summer truffle cream is excellent for seasoning more refined first courses. The rice and polenta with truffles are ready to use and very easy to prepare.
