Black Truffle paste

A delicious summer truffle paste, with no other ingredients added, just a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt.

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator (+ 2 ° / + 7 ° C), cover the surface with oil.

Dose per person: 20 gr.

Ideal: appetizers, first courses, main courses of meat and fish, eggs.

Pairings: The summer cream can be used to prepare a cheese and truffle fondue, to be served hot. Elongated with milk or cream, it is excellent for preparing sauces to accompany and cut beef fillets. Perfect to enrich a simple omelette. Excellent for seasoning first courses such as ravioli, tagliatelle and gnocchi.
