Bianchetto White Truffle (tuber borchii Vitt. or Tuber Albidum Pico)

This truffle is known as “marzuolo”, given the harvest period (in March).

Its peculiarity is the strong scent as well as the decidedly garlicky taste.

Net weight: it does not reach large dimensions, these vary from a peanut to a little more than a plum.

Expiry: we recommend consuming the product within 5 days of purchase.

Storage: in the refrigerator wrapped with absorbent paper, in a hermetically sealed jar.

Ideal: appetizers, first courses, main courses of meat or fish.

Pairings: Grated and melted with butter, it is ideal for preparing delicious canapés or as a base for first courses such as gnocchi or cappelletti. To amaze, combine it with raw seafood. Delicious pairing with fish ravioli.

Recommended serving per plate: 5-10 g.
