After many requests, we have decided to put this accessory on sale, an international symbol of the truffle and its world.
It has always been used for storing truffles in the refrigerator and is now available for everyone.
Simply put the truffles in, knot it and put it in the fridge. For the white truffles we use an extra care: we wrap the truffles one by one in absorbent paper before putting them in the towel.
