The organic minced truffle is perfect for the preparation of first courses with truffles such as tagliatelle, gnocchi, ravioli or simple spaghetti. The minced truffle is ready to use, you can pour it directly on the drained pasta and sauté it for a few seconds in the pan, or, we recommend that you melt a knob of butter, pour the contents of the jar, pour the drained pasta and make jump for a few seconds. We recommend not to fry the butter, but simply let it melt. Turn off the heat and turn it back on as soon as the pasta is cooked.

Excellent as a dressing for meat or vegan hambugers, perfect over a fillet of meat or fish. We suggest pairing with meat or fish tartare.
