Ideal: appetizers, first courses, main courses of meat or fish.<\/p>\n

Pairings: When heated it is excellent for preparing delicious white truffle croutons. Classic, the combination with tagliatelle and gnocchi. We recommend extending the sauce with vegetable broth and using it to create amazing velvety creams.<\/p>\n
