Whole summer truffle, preserved in a solution of water and salt, to savor all the aroma and scent of freshly picked truffles at any time of the year.<\/p>\n

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator (+ 2 \u00b0 \/ + 7 \u00b0 C).<\/p>\n

Dose per person: 20 gr.<\/p>\n

Ideal: appetizers, first courses, main courses of meat and fish, eggs.<\/p>\n
