1 marine with truffle 50 g

1 organic truffle cream 90 g

How to use: the whole black is perfect for tartare, meat or fish carpaccio; ideal for garnishing main courses or on grilled or steamed vegetables. Excellent grated and used to season simple white rice, with just the addition of a drizzle of oil. The marine with truffle is a product with multiple uses. It is used like the classic salt, perfect for flavoring any dish, it gives the taste and scent of truffles to all your dishes. Perfect for cuts or fillets of meat or fish, to dress salads, meat or fish tartare, or grilled vegetables. The organic truffle cream is a delicious and refined cream of organic truffle only. It is ideal for seasoning first courses such as rice or soy or rice pasta. We recommend using a teaspoon per serving. It can be used as it is or elongated with vegetable broth and fresh truffle flakes.
